Sending Daily Reports via Email
Sending an Email Attachment
As an administrator, follow these steps to send the daily report via email to Refuel Pro:
Attach the XLSX file and send it to the designated email address provided by Cypress Solutions.
Ensure the attachment follows the required naming convention specified by our team.
Follow these additional requirements:
The email should contain only one Excel attachment—no additional files, images, or embedded photos (including those in email signatures).
NOTE: Only approved email addresses can send daily reports to Refuel Pro.
Response Email
After sending the report, the administrator will receive one of the following response emails, based on the processing status. See the screenshots below for examples of each response.
Successful Import: The file has been received and processed successfully.
Failed Validation: The file did not meet the required format or naming conventions.
Failed to Process: An error occurred during processing (e.g., system issues, incorrect data).
