Fleet - Overview

Upon clicking the Fleet tab, the portal user can view various volume metrics and truck data for a selected truck within a specified timeframe.

Filtering Truck Data

To retrieve truck-specific data:

1. Select a Truck from the dropdown.

2. Select a Timeframe from the dropdown.

3. Click Filter.

Once the filter is applied, the following information is displayed for the selected timeframe:

Metrics Overview

• Total Fuel Volume Dispensed

• Total DEF Volume Dispensed

• Total Stops

• Average Fuel Flow Rate

• Average DEF Flow Rate

• Total Fueling Transactions

Visual Reports

• Bar Graph – Displays two types of fuel amounts (litres) over the selected timeframe.

• Transactions Summary Report – Lists all fueling transactions for the selected truck.

• Map Report – This shows the last known location of the truck.

📌 Selecting a different truck updates all values and re-centers the map accordingly.
