After approximately 30 seconds, the LEDs adjacent to the green power LED will sequentially illuminate from right to left (shown above).

  3. If not successful, repeat the process starting at step 1.

Device with Internal Battery

The CTM-ONE will ship with a 4-position connector installed. This connector is used to disable the internal battery for shipping purposes and to prevent undesired battery discharge.

  1. Re-install the power jumper to the port labeled with the Power icon . This will power off the unit, indicated by all LEDs turning off.

  1. Connect the 10-position connector (shown above) to the port labelled iButton.

  1. After connecting the 10-position jumper connector, remove the 4-position jumper connector from the power port.

  2. Connect a power connector that is actively powered, such as one wired to the vehicle battery with the ignition on or an AC/DC power adapter.

  1. Once the LEDs next to the power LED stop blinking, the reset is successful. At this point, remove the 10-position jumper connector.

  1. You will be able to access your unit via web interface at https://192.168.1.1 or https://169.254.0.1.
