Quick Start Guide - Managing Labels

Step 1: Choose the QR Code Label template you want to use.

1. Using your Administrator account, log in to the Refuel Pro web portal at https://cleanharbors.refuelpro.ca in your browser using a Windows PC.

2. From the main menu bar, navigate to Advanced > Label Management.

Here, you are presented with the QR code template options.

Open

a. Large Format Rectangular Asset Label with QR Code 2” x 4.5”
b. Small Square Asset Label with QR Code 2” x 2.1”

3. Click on the template you desire and click the Select button to proceed to the Asset
   Selection.

Step 2: Selecting assets to print QR codes

You are presented with a list of all the available assets. Refuel Pro allows you to find and select the assets of your choice to include in the printing file.

1. Select a single or multiple asset from the asset table below. Alternatively, you can use the search bar at the top of the table to quickly key in a specific asset. Use keywords containing the Asset ID or Site.

2. Once asset(s) is selected, two type of download buttons are displayed for you to select:

   1. Download as File

   2. Download as ZIP
