Quick Start Guide - Fueling for Operators

Tap the App icon on your Home Screen OR open Safari and navigate to https://cleanharbors.refuelpro.ca. Proceed to log in.
Tap Fuel an Asset tile to start a fueling session.
Select a Truck from the dropdown menu.
Enter an Asset ID manually or scan it with a QR code.
For assets with QR codes
Tap the Scan Icon located on the right of the Asset ID field to launch the Barcode Scanner.
You are prompted to give the App permission to access your iPhone's Camera by tapping Allow.
Align the QR code with the iPhone's rear camera. Use the App's tracking markers to help align the image. The QR code is scanned automatically once it is aligned properly.
Tap the Scan Icon again to re-scan the QR code if necessary.
The Asset ID is now loaded into the form. You are now ready to start refueling.
If Asset ID does not exist in Refuel Pro database
In this scenario, enter the Asset ID into the Asset ID field. You will be prompted to select whether you'd like to add the asset ID to the asset database within Refuel Pro.
You may be prompted to share your location to access the form.
Tap the Start Fueling button at the bottom of the form to begin the operation. Upon clicking, a fueling session has now been started in Refuel Pro.
You can exit the App while fueling (DO NOT close the app completely). Simply tap the App icon to access the current Fuel an Asset form again.
Tap the End Fueling button to stop the fueling session manually.
Tap the Submit button to capture the fueling transaction into the system.
Repeat the process to fuel another asset if needed.
