Access via local Ethernet cable

  1. Proceed to the vehicle with where the CTM-ONE is installed and connect the device via Ethernet or Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

  2. The modem power LED must be solid green in order to access the modem. The LEDs for SIM, cellular, Wif-Fi and GPS(GNSS) will be flashing or lit.

  3. Open a browser on the laptop and enter the IP address: https://192.168.1.1 or https://169.254.0.1 (for >1.4.x FW). .

  4. Ensure the CTM-ONE is powered on by confirming that the power LED displays a solid green light.

  1. The local web interface can be accessed via Local Management. Upon successful connection, you will be directed to the CTM-ONE dashboard and prompted to log in.

Depending on the firmware version, upon initial login, you might be prompted to change the default password that came with the modem. This password is usually printed on the label of the CTM-ONE.
