To access modem dashboards and configuration you must log in
Username: admin
Password: Default password is printed on label, this password MUST be changed after first login. Cypress can also pre-configure passwords based on customer requirements, if you have issues logging in please contact cypress support support@cypress.bc.ca
Depending on the firmware version, upon first login, you may be prompted to change the default password that shipped with the modem. The password is typically printed on the CTM-ONE’s label., please log in.
