Device with No Battery Installed
Before proceeding, ensure all power sources are unplugged from the CTM-ONE device; Verify that all LEDs are turned off.
Connect the 10-position jumper connector to the port labelled iButton (shown above).
Connect external power supply.

The CTM-ONE will turn on but the only LED on will be the power LED. After approximately 30 seconds, the LEDs adjacent to the green power LED will sequentially illuminate from right to left (shown above). |
Once the LEDs stop, indicating a successful reset, only the green power LED should remain on. At this point, remove the 10-position jumper connector.
You will be able to access your unit via web interface at https://192.168.1.1 or https://169.254.0.1.
If not successful, repeat the process starting at step 1.
Device with Internal Battery
The CTM-ONE will ship with a 4-position connector installed. This connector is used to disable the internal battery for shipping purposes and to prevent undesired battery discharge.
