Device with Internal Battery
The CTM-ONE will ship with a 4-position connector installed. This connector is used to disable the internal battery for shipping purposes and to prevent undesired battery discharge.
Re-install the power /shipping jumper to turn the unit off completely

Remove the power jumper from step 1 and quickly connect the external power supply.
Keep pins 9 and 10 shorted for about 30 seconds.

Once the LEDs next to the power LED stop blinking, the reset is successful. At this point, remove the 10-position jumper connector.

Before proceeding, ensure all power sources are unplugged from the CTM-ONE device; Verify that all LEDs are turned off.
Connect the 10-position jumper connector to the port labelled iButton (shown above).
Connect external power supply.
Keep pins 9 and 10 shorted for about 30 seconds.

Once the LEDs stop, indicating a successful reset, only the green power LED should remain on. At this point, remove the 10-position jumper connector.
You will be able to access your unit via web interface at https://192.168.1.1 or https://169.254.0.1.
If not successful, repeat the process starting at step 1.
