Local Web Interface
After physically connecting to the CTM-400 via Ethernet LAN or Wi-Fi, enter the IP address
https://192.168.1.1 or https://169.254.0.1 into the browser navigation bar.
Basic modem information is available via the “System Status” dashboard which is available without logging in:

The CTM-ONE’s password can be pre-configured prior to shipping. For further details, please contact Cypress Solutions.
Your new password must meet the following criteria:
Be at least 8 characters long
Include a combination of letters, numbers, or special characters
Avoid using dictionary words
Not be a password previously used
After successful login, the left menu will display four main categories and a logout button.
The Web GUI will automatically log you out after 10 minutes of no activity.

System Status Panel
The CTM-400 WebUI includes a status indicator in the upper-right corner that provides real-time operational state across major subsystems including:
Cellular Network Connectivity
GNSS (GPS) Status
Power and Battery Health
Wired Ethernet Interface Status
Analog Input Monitoring
Digital Input Monitoring
Selecting a subsystem tab opens detailed telemetry and diagnostic data.
Enabling Auto cycles through all subsystem status panels automatically.

There are four main categories in the web interface:
Dashboards
System database
Manage
Configuration
The left-most column contains expandable tree items for configuration.
Clicking the Edit button enables changes to the configuration to be made:
Cancel, revert, save, or save & apply
Select:
Cancel to cancel any changes to the page
Revert to revert to default value
Save to save settings to this page
Save and Apply, save and apply settings to this page and other pages where settings have been saved.
Make sure to save changes to a page/tab before leaving and moving to another page/tab.
After Saving changes but not applying them (if you have other edits to make on other pages you will see)
If you chose to Save & apply changes, you will see:
A pop-up error will display when an incorrect value has been entered.
The incorrect value will be highlighted in red. Correct the errors then try saving again.
In the upper left of the browser. After saving, changes must be applied to take effect.
Confirm the changes:
After pressing the OK button, the following notice will appear in the upper right portion of the browser.
