The CTM-ONE supports two 2FF (standardmini) style SIM cards. You can install either one or two SIM cards.
It is advisable to use single-piece SIM cards whenever possible. Many SIM cards today are "tri-cut" to support various SIM card proportions. However, caution must be exercised when using tri-cut SIM cards as the cutaway parts can become dislodged, potentially affecting electrical connectivity between the SIM card and SIM holder.

If a SIM card becomes stuck in the SIM holder, DO NOT attempt to force its removal as this could damage the SIM holder. Please contact Cypress Solutions Support for assistance. In certain instances where the modem fails to detect a SIM card, this may result from manufacturing tolerances of the SIM card. Adding a thin piece of Scotch tape to the backside of the SIM to slightly increase its thickness can aid in ensuring electrical contact with the SIM holder contacts. We can provide SIM tape for this purpose upon request. |
